The Global New Business subdivision (FCN) leads and manages the development of new markets and strategic opportunities. It manages the related first-of-a-kind sales for the Fuel BU in Europe and the Middle East (excluding CERCA and Zirconium industrial sales), as part of the FC division, in coordination with other entities in the fuel and Framatome Commercial Excellence sales organization. We are looking for a New Business Manager to identify and establish new business ventures in Europe and Latin America.
Main Mission
Lead new business development activities in Europe and Latin America within the Global New Business subdivision. Responsibilities include:
Profile
Candidate should have over 10 years of proven experience in business development and sales within Europe, especially in complex large-scale projects in the energy sector, preferably in nuclear fuel. A master's degree in engineering or natural sciences is required; an MBA is a plus. The candidate must demonstrate leadership, negotiation skills, and a successful track record in business development. Deep knowledge of the nuclear sector and a well-developed industrial network are essential. Fluency in French and English is required, along with proficiency in at least one other European language.
