This team of Cloud Adoption Managers plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive world-class guidance and support on their journey of Oracle Cloud Adoption.

What you will do:
- Ensure a quick and smooth customer account activation, providing relevant knowledge for early use.
- Monitor and review the adoption plan with the customer to ensure progress aligns with expectations, facilitate ROI, ensure success during critical stages (e.g., Go Live), and provide long-term support.
- Identify and escalate new business opportunities.
- Share relevant information and connect customers with Oracle activities to stimulate interest.
- Remove barriers: ensure support tickets are resolved rapidly by engaging relevant teams, defend customer interests, and develop resolution plans for structural problems affecting Oracle Cloud usage.
- Act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.
What you will bring:
- BA/BS degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- Relevant coursework or experience in Project Management, Business, or IT.
- Problem-solving, task planning, and delegation skills.
- Passion for IT and technology.
- Listening and coordination skills.
- An energetic, sociable person focused on customers, constantly seeking to anticipate their needs with advice, training, or methodology.
- Ability to understand customers' business requirements and their definition of success.
- Strong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
- 0-2 years of work experience, creativity, and passion to join the team, working professionally and competently.
- Customer-facing work experience is a plus.
