A leading engineering firm in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to handle 3D modelling and detailed design of mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a relevant diploma, proficiency in CATIA V5 and/or SolidWorks, and excellent technical skills. This role requires producing technical documentation and writing summary notes to support engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical design engineering is preferred.
• Proficient in 3D modelling software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems.

Mechanical design engineer

As a mechanical design engineer, you will be responsible for 3D modelling of sets and sub-sets, detailed design of mechanical sets (smelting, sheet metal manufacture, machine tooled parts, mechanisms, machine welded sets and making fast mock-ups).

Your mission

You Will Be Responsible For

• Producing technical documentation (publishing files of definitions consisting of plans and glossaries)
• Writing summary notes

Your profile

Two‑year higher education diploma/Bachelor’s degree specialising in Mechanics. You should have experience in that activity and be proficient in the use of CATIA V5 and/or SolidWorks. You should have excellent technical skills.
