We are seeking a Citizen Development Lead to work within the Global IS department, reporting to the IS Strategy, Innovation & Urbanization team in Global IS Governance.

What will be your mission?

• Program Development: Continuously improve the citizen development program, including guidelines, best practices, and governance models.
• Community Management: Foster a vibrant community of citizen developers by organizing workshops, training, and ideation events. Support and encourage the creation of innovative solutions. Currently, the community includes approximately 20 champions and 500 citizen developers worldwide.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) and related tools.
• Admin & Reporting: Manage the Power Platform, track progress, and report on the impact of initiatives using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to align initiatives with organizational goals, maintaining ongoing collaboration with digital experience and workplace groups.
• Tool Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and deploy new digital tools and platforms, staying current with industry trends and technologies.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate; knowledge of Copilot Studio is a plus.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance best practices.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
