A digital transformation company is seeking an Integration Lead Consultant to support HR digital transformation. Responsibilities include developing interfaces using SAP BTP Integration or Boomi, facilitating workshops, designing interfaces, and providing training. A Bachelor’s in Information Systems and experience with SAP integration tools are required, along with strong communication skills. This role offers the chance to evolve into a technical referent within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP Integration, Boomi, or any Ipaas system.
• Some successful projects using Java.
• Good knowledge on SAP Products is a bonus.

Overview

In a context of strong growth and evolution, we are looking for an Integration Lead Consultant to support our clients in their digital HR transformation and infrastructure.

Your missions

Upon arrival, you are trained in the development of interfaces between SAP tools and other applications using SAP BTP Integration or Boomi solution through a complete cycle of technical integration. You will be, in particular in charge of :

• Monitor and participate to the development of IT architectures requiring interface implementation
• Prepare and facilitate workshops to define the functional and technical requirements
• Design, prototype interface
• Organize tests and assistance at startup
• Accompany and organize knowledge transfer and change management
• Provide training for users and administrators

You may be required to contribute and participate :

• In the pre-sales
• To the development of offers
• Improve visibility and promotion of our offers through the animation of webinars, workshops & conferences

As Integration Lead Consultant, you will quickly gain autonomy over different technologies and solutions using the SAP BTP Integration or Boomi solution. Your evolution will allow you to become a technical referent. The technological evolutions around the SAP tools are brought to evolve according to the missions.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information System combined with strong skills in Java programation.
• You have a relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP Integration, Boomi or any other Ipaas system and some successful project on Java.
• Having a good knowledge on SAP Products is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
• You have a strong customer orientation with problem solving capabilities and focus on solution.
• Good skills in organization and planning are necessary.
