Job Description : As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Havas (Thailand), you will be responsible for executing end-to-end influencer and KOL campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable results. This role focuses on research, influencer selection, campaign coordination, and performance analysis. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend suitable influencers/KOLs based on campaign requirements.
  • Manage influencer coordination including briefing, negotiation, contracting, and content review.
  • Track campaign progress to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and brand standards.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and influencer best practices.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to align influencer activities with overall campaign direction.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and current digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and transform it into insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good command of English communication (both written and spoken) is required.
