Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition Executive.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Experience with remote or international teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical roles.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for remote employees and interns.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Assist in performance management processes and evaluations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for workforce planning.
