About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on General Manager to lead Hotel Paris – Marne-la-Vallée into its next chapter. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and deliver a consistently high level of guest satisfaction while leading a service-focused team.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a passion for quality and a strong sense of commercial acumen.

  • Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of growing revenue and profitability
  • Pre-opening/ renovation or brand conversion experience while maintaining operational continuity
  • Proven General Manager experience in a premium branded hotel environment
  • Confident leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English is essential; French language skills strongly preferred
  • A guest-first mindset with a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and operational excellence
