Position: Investment Funds Marketing Specialist

Within the Financial Assets Marketing team, you will join a versatile and dynamic team. You will work closely with French and international sales, RFP, and management teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with various teams (sales, management, reporting, ESG, etc.) to respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) from national and international clients;
2. Lead responses to due diligence questionnaires in collaboration with relevant departments and respond to consultant questionnaires;
3. Ensure consistency and quality of information provided to clients and deliverables;
4. Manage Go/No Go meetings;
5. Update the group's RFP database to facilitate information sharing and maintain up-to-date due diligence standards;
6. Communicate feedback received after RFPs;
7. Participate in various group RFP projects.

Product scope includes Money Market, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and Equities. The candidate may also work on infrastructure assets, equity.

Experience:

1. Master's degree (Bac +5), with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
2. Rigorous, organized, team-oriented, and autonomous;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French; proficient in project management and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines;
4. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

This is a permanent position based in Paris 1st arrondissement.
