Position: Bindery Operator 1st and 2nd Shift

Location: Norcross, GA

Reports to: Operations Manager FLSA Status: Hourly (Non-Exempt) Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Bindery Operators to join our Norcross, GA production team. This role supports a wide range of bindery and finishing operations, with responsibilities tailored to the individual’s experience and skillset. Equipment may include guillotine cutters, die cutters, I‑cut systems, laminators, and other bindery and finishing equipment used to produce high-quality printed products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as guillotines, die cutters, I‑cut systems, laminators, and related machinery
  • Set up and run jobs to meet quality standards, tolerances, and production schedules
  • Read and interpret job tickets prior to production and throughout the job
  • Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Load, unload, and handle materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Complete required documentation related to time, materials, and quality control
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all SOPs, safety, PPE, and 6S requirements
Basic Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with guillotine cutting, die cutting, I‑cutting, or laminating
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed
