Une organisation socioculturelle recherche un Animateur socioculturel pour gérer des activités pour les enfants de 4 à 10 ans les mercredis après-midi. Le candidat doit avoir un BAFA ou un équivalent et une expérience minimale de 6 mois. Ce poste à temps partiel implique d'assurer la sécurité des enfants et de collaborer avec une équipe. Salaire selon la convention collective ECLAT avec couverture mutuelle partielle.

Position: Animateur socioculturel / Animatrice socioculturelle (H/F)

Start date: From 17 September 2025 (for Wednesday afternoons)

Job description: Under the supervision of the Board of Directors, the childhood animator (m/f) reports to the director of the structure and manages activities on Wednesday afternoons outside school holidays for children aged 4-10 years, with another animator coordinating this collective childcare (ACM).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the supervision of activities in the childhood sector on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM outside school holidays, alongside another animator.
• Welcome children, propose activity programs, organize recreational, cultural, and/or sports activities.
• Implement the pedagogical project of the structure.
• Guarantee the physical and moral safety of the public (dialogue and listening to children).
• Inventory necessary activity materials.
• Communicate with families.
• Work effectively in a team.

Salary: Group A - Index 257, according to the ECLAT Collective Agreement. Company mutual insurance: 50% coverage via Malakoff Humanis.
