We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support editorial, medical education, HR, accounting, and office management operations. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support editorial workflow, manage daily content and image publishing, coordinate with freelancers (invoices)
  • Assist with Continuing Medical Education administration and participant tracking.
  • Handle accounting tasks, benefits administration, and HR support.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, invoices, and facilities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional business education is a plus.
