- Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers.
- Support with device issues, subscriptions, and billing.
- Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach.

Training: 15 working days of paid training (compensated upon successful completion).

Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa
On-site position in Lisbon
Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00, MondaySunday
40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
