We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software and platform integration projects for our strategic telecommunications clients in Spain. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding relationship management skills and will be capable of navigating highly technical and fluid project environments.

This is you

Language: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written - C1 / C2).

Experience: managing complex technical projects in telecommunications.

Domain Expertise (Highly Desirable): Experience working with key technologies relevant to modern telco cloud deployments:

• Virtualization / Cloud: VMware or similar platforms
• Cloud Infrastructure: Wind River, Red Hat (OpenStack, OpenShift) or other major

This is your role

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and lead interface for the client (specifically Telefonica), managing expectations, communicating technical risks, and driving strategic alignment on project goals.

Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale telecommunications software and platform implementation projects, ensuring delivery is on time and within scope.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal Engineering, Product Management, and Professional Services teams to translate customer requirements (HLD, integration specifications) into actionable plans.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical and non-technical risks, providing clear, concise, and professional status updates to both client and internal stakeholders.
