A telecommunications company is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support representative to join their team in Lisbon. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience and involves providing inbound assistance to customers, managing device issues, and identifying upsell opportunities. Meal Allowance: 7 per working day (meal card, tax-free).

Training: 15 working days of paid training (compensated upon successful completion).
Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers
Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates
Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy
Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa

40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
