Job summary
An innovative digital marketing agency in Barcelona is looking for a Junior Campaign Specialist. In this full-time position, you will help clients build and optimize their Google Ads campaigns. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, fluent in German and English, with a background in sales or online advertising. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, youll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. Youll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
- Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
- Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment
- German at C2 level + high level of English
- 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
- Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
- Live and work in Barcelona, with an office by the sea (World Trade Center!)
- Full-time, permanent contract Monday to Friday
- Salary: 23.876 gross/year + up to 3.408 bonus/year
- Hybrid working model
- Relocation support + 2 months of hotel accommodation fully covered by the company
- Referral program (earn up to 2.000)
