An innovative digital marketing agency in Barcelona is looking for a Junior Campaign Specialist. In this full-time position, you will help clients build and optimize their Google Ads campaigns. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, fluent in German and English, with a background in sales or online advertising. Formación

• 1-2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising, preferably digital marketing.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

What Were Looking For:

• German at C2 level + high level of English
• 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
