IQVIA is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources Partner Team in Spain.
As an HRBP, you will work closely with HR Leads, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Shared Services (HRSS) to implement strategic HR solutions tailored for the assigned business unit. You will also be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, fostering a healthy work environment, supporting Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) initiatives, embedding Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategies, driving manager upskilling and empowerment, supporting productivity improvements, and driving efficiencies within the HR Partner team and broader organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, a proven track record in implementing strategic HR solutions in collaboration with diverse teams, and a good understanding of EVP, DIB, ESG initiatives. Experience in implementing strategies focusing on future skills identification, development, and retention is also required.
