Una multinacional en Madrid busca un Administrador de Nómina con al menos 5 años de experiencia en administración de recursos humanos. Este rol incluye la gestión de nómina, la administración de políticas de vacaciones, y el cumplimiento de regulaciones laborales. Se requiere fluidez en inglés y chino, además de experiencia con el software de nómina ADP. Se ofrece un salario competitivo y la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

Formación

  • Graduado en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en administración de nómina, compensaciones y beneficios.
  • Experiencia práctica con software de nómina de ADP es necesario.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervisar cálculos de nómina y procesar pagos con ADP.
  • Gestionar el onboarding de nuevos empleados y la salida de salientes.
  • Administrar políticas de vacaciones y ausencias.

1.Payroll Management: Oversee payroll calculations, process payroll using ADP software, and collaborate with ADP vendors to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

2.Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the new hire onboarding and offboarding of leavers, including documents preparation, mandatory declarations, final pay check, etc.

3.Leave & Absence Management: Administer vacation and leave policies, ensuring correct payroll calculations and lawful execution in compliance with labour laws and local regulations.

4.Employment Contract Administration: Maintain proper documentation and archive employment contracts for easy reference and compliance, ensure proper filing and document management.

5.Social Security & Pension Management: Handle social security and pension contributions in accordance with local legal requirements.

6.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and pension service providers to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.

7.Benchmarking & Policy Development: Analyse local market trends in compensation and benefits, support the development and implementation of internal policies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

8.HRIS & Data Management: Maintain payroll and leave-related HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of HRSSC data.

9.Compliance & Legal Review: Monitor changes in labour regulations, review internal policies for compliance, and drive necessary adjustments or improvement projects to ensure legal adherence.

10.Reporting & Analysis: Provide payroll and benefits-related reporting and analytical support to assist in decision-making.

Main Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, or HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.

2.Prior team management experience

3.Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software is required.

4.Strong knowledge of European labour laws and social security regulations.

5.Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools.

6.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8.Fluency in English and Chinese is required; additional fluency in any of European language is a plus.
