Our client is a studio based in Barcelona, Spain, working on an up-and-coming AAA title, and is looking for an experienced and talented HR Director to join their Operations Team.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous HR experience in a video games studio.
  • Experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading an HR team.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-cultural communication.
  • Proven knowledge of labor laws in Spain and other EU member states.
  • Knowledge of the AAA games industry ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assessment of current HR policies and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement new HR policies in cooperation with senior leadership.
  • Review and design new HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure company compliance with HR regulations as well as internal and external counsel.
  • Help implement performance review processes.
  • Create new talent development practices for engagement.
  • Manage the HR department budget.
  • Handle internal communications related to HR matters.
