We are looking for a Content Strategist to join the Content & Social Media team.

Degree in advertising, marketing or similar.

1. 4 years working in a similar role and in an agency.

Strong and demonstrable digital strategic knowledge in terms of:

1. Research
2. Defining channel and content strategy
3. Defining KPI’s
4. Working together with creative teams
5. Implementing strategic and tactical plans with success

Advanced use of the Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Advanced use of social networks: TIK TOK is a must. Also FB, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube...

Advanced use of social media tools for posting, measurement, etc.

Strong knowledge of digital analytics and monitoring platforms.

Languages

English (High level). It is a MUST.

1. Lead the digital content and social media strategy of multiple clients in the agency.
2. Clear vision and definition of objectives, KPI's and strategic proposals to achieve them successfully.
3. Direct collaboration and leadership with teams involved in social media activity.
4. Implementation, monitoring and constant improvement of the strategic and tactical plans that are implemented by its clients.
5. Perfect understanding of digital metrics and insights and analytical and creative ability to seek constant improvement of results.
6. Direct communication and teamwork not only with the agency's internal teams but also with teams of collaborators and with our clients.
7. Lead strategic definitions, from the research phase to the accompaniment in creative implementation and measurement.
8. Review, supervision and correction if necessary of the tactics and strategies proposed by colleagues in charge of the clients that this person leads, as well as the creative pieces.
9. Present, explain with diligence and open mind the strategic proposals before different audiences, internal teams and clients, both in Spanish or Catalan and in English.
10. Ability to react, to identify opportunities and to change plans with agility in order to achieve the best results.
11. Person with the ability to handle pressure, variable timings and pursue results.
12. Person with the ability to breathe energy, positivism and passion for a job well done with his collaborators and colleagues.
