An international tech-driven company is hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native Spanish and English for a hybrid position based in Sofia. Responsibilities include conducting cold calls to generate B2B leads, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate has at least two years of B2B cold calling experience and strong communication skills. This full-time role also provides relocation support, a gross monthly salary of 3,267 BGN, and quarterly performance bonuses.

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Spanish and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia.

This is a full-time hybrid position (office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
• Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
• Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets

Requirements

• Native-level Spanish (mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
• Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset

• Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)

• Gross monthly salary: 3,267 BGN
