🎯 Role Overview

We’re opening three Jr Brand Manager positions at our HQ in Guadalajara. Each role will lead a distinct part of our portfolio—Performance, Lifestyle, or Wellness & Plant-Based—and will play a critical role in defining brand strategy, positioning, innovation, and execution for Mexico and beyond.

As part of Birdman’s global HQ, these roles go beyond local execution: they help design the blueprint for how our brands are built and scaled globally. From consumer insights and brand positioning to product launches, campaigns, activations, and partnerships, you’ll ensure that each brand under your responsibility grows in relevance, penetration, and profitability.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager – Mexico and cross-functional teams in Innovation, Sales, Social, and Performance Marketing to drive integrated growth strategies that connect awareness to sell-out.

Each Brand Manager will also play a key role in developing and launching new products and categories, while driving experiential marketing and ambassador programs that bring our brands to life at gyms, events, studios, and communities across Mexico.

These are high-impact roles at HQ, responsible for building brands in Mexico while defining frameworks that will guide Birdman’s brand expansion worldwide.

🏋️♂️ Performance Series (Falcon Performance, Creatine, Hydration, Endurance)

For those passionate about sports, fitness, and performance culture. You’ll lead brands that connect deeply with athletes, endurance communities, and sports events, managing activations, ambassador programs, and partnerships that drive advocacy and credibility.

🌈 Lifestyle Proteins (Fitmingo, Falcon Organic, Peacock)

For those driven by creativity, storytelling, and lifestyle branding. You’ll build brands that inspire everyday wellness through influencer campaigns, collaborations, and experiential events that connect Birdman with culture and community.

🌿 Wellness & Plant-Based Innovation (Supplements + Milks)

For builders who thrive on creating from scratch. You’ll define category strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market plans for Birdman’s next frontier in wellness and plant-based nutrition—launching products supported by sampling, education, and field activations that shape consumer adoption.

📌 Key Responsibilities
  • Manage one of Birdman’s brand portfolios in Mexico (Performance, Lifestyle, or Wellness), taking full ownership of brand strategy, execution, and results.
  • Lead product launches and category expansions, ensuring flawless execution, measurable sell-out impact, and scalability to other markets.
  • Drive 360° campaigns, partnerships, co-brandings, and collaborations across digital, retail, and experiential channels that directly support topline and bottomline objectives.
  • Plan and manage brand budgets responsibly, ensuring that every peso invested contributes to growth, profitability, and ROI.
  • Manage PR, influencer, and experiential marketing initiatives—including events, activations, and ambassador programs—to build awareness, engagement, and brand love.
  • Ensure social and digital alignment with Performance Marketing and Social teams, translating brand strategy into content and campaigns that convert.
  • Analyze performance and insights data (Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, digital dashboards, sell-out reports) to refine strategy, identify growth drivers, and track brand health.
  • Monitor campaign ROI, brand KPIs, and budget performance, providing actionable recommendations to achieve P&L and sell-out goals.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Trade, and Innovation to align retail execution, distribution, and pricing with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to build frameworks and playbooks that strengthen Birdman’s brand-building capabilities globally.
  • Manage agency partners (creative, media, PR, experiential) to deliver at Birdman standards—on time, on budget, and on impact.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management or related marketing roles within CPG, food & beverage, wellness, or fitness/lifestyle industries.
  • Previous experience in top-tier CPG companies is highly valued, bringing best-in-class practices while adapting to Birdman’s fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Strong passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle trends, with the ability to translate them into impactful brand strategies and executions.
  • Proven track record leading product launches, campaigns, or activations that delivered measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data orientation, with experience using tools like Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos, or digital dashboards to drive decisions and growth.
  • Creative storytelling and cultural awareness, capable of bringing brands to life through campaigns, collaborations, and social content.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
