What you'll do
As a Marketing and Events Specialist, you will be part of the Spanish Field Marketing team and will collaborate across teams in translating business strategy and objectives into effective marketing programs. Activities may include support with development and execution of integrated marketing programs comprised of initiatives such as events, digital marketing, account-based and others. Work on these projects with relevant external and internal teams (including global, regional and local teams) to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on the customer. Provide engaging customer experiences for audiences to generate demand and support the SAP brand. Evaluate, incubate and implement innovative approaches to Marketing by bringing in a digital mindset and collaborative approach. Based on manager guidance, ensure customers are given a relevant journey and seamless experience to ensure we help them convert faster and drive pipeline and revenue. Proactively engage in lead management review and analysis.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferable if you have master's degree in marketing or communications. Not graduated longer than 2 years ago
Min. 2-3 years of marketing experience
Understanding of marketing, especially digital & social, through experience and/or education
Project management (ad-hoc or small-scaled projects)
Be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment with plans and decisions moving at last minute
Working in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the B2B marketing function
Language skills: fluent Turkish and in English language skills oral and written
Understanding of marketing, including digital, through experience and/or education Project management skills, including agile approach. Strong team spirit. Curious mindset and can-do attitude. Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams). Language skills: Portuguese and English fluency (oral and written).
