Job summary
A leading tech talent agency is seeking a Product Manager for the eCommerce Platform Delivery team of a global client. The role focuses on building scalable, customer-centric solutions across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has proven experience in product management, particularly in eCommerce or digital platforms, and will work closely with engineering and business teams. This freelance position allows for remote work, with a daily rate of up to €340.
Qualifications

We're now looking for a Product Manager to join the eCommerce Platform Delivery team of one of our global clients, who is transforming its digital commerce ecosystem.
This role plays a key part in building scalable and innovative foundations that enable seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and connected channels.
You’ll take ownership of several squads delivering core eCommerce platform capabilities, working closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, prioritise investments, and ensure outcomes align with strategic goals.
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for eCommerce platform initiatives.
- Define and prioritise squad outcomes while ensuring platform scalability and resilience.
- Partner with Principal Engineers to validate technical feasibility and performance.
- Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams and missions.
- Balance innovation with operational excellence and reduction of technical debt.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within squads.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within large scale eCommerce or digital platform environments.
- Ideally, previous experience in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes.
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS), APIs, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Location: Spain (remote)
- Contract type: Freelance (12 months, extension possible)
- Daily rate: Up to €340 / day
- Start: As soon as possible
