A remote customer service company seeks Spanish-speaking freelance agents for email support and outbound sales. Positions offer 100% remote work with daytime shifts only, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, conducting outbound sales with pre-qualified leads, and ensuring reliability and organization in tasks. Candidates should possess strong communication skills in both Spanish (C1) and English (B2). Training is fully provided, and freelancers are required to have the ability to issue invoices.
