We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialists at AsiZstudio. In this role, you’ll promote our architectural and BIM-based design services and guide prospective clients through our project intake and onboarding process.

This role begins as commission-based. If you meet your client-acquisition targets within three months, you’ll transition to a fixed monthly salary, with the potential to become a full-time team member.

AsiZstudio is a boutique architecture and design firm specializing in luxury residential villas, bespoke interiors, and full-service BIM modeling. Founded by award-winning architects, we blend minimalist elegance with cultural storytelling to create spaces that resonate deeply with each client’s vision.

• Promote AsiZstudio’s services (architectural design, interior design, BIM modeling) to high-net-worth individuals, developers, and agencies in your region.
• Identify & connect with potential clients—homeowners, property developers, and real estate partners.
• Guide prospects through consultation, proposal review, and contract signing to secure new projects.
• Commission : Earn 15% commission on each confirmed project fee.
• Salary : Upon meeting the agreed client-acquisition target within three months, transition to a fixed monthly salary of $650–$2,500 USD, based on performance.
• Bonuses : Additional performance-based bonuses tied to monthly results and client satisfaction.

Note : This is a part-time, flexible-hours role. Work at your own pace—from anywhere.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relations
• Knowledge of your local real estate or luxury property market
• Fluency in English (professional level)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Existing connections with developers, real-estate brokers, or high-end clientele
