Formación

B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) – Fully Remote | Sofia

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team.
This is a full-time fully remote role, contracted in Sofia, within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support if needed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level German (mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
  • Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia)
  • Gross monthly base salary: 4,300 BGN
  • Target bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly)
