A prominent software development firm is looking for an E-Commerce (Shopify) Practice Lead to own and scale their Shopify practice. This role involves strategizing, consulting, and being the main point of contact for clients to improve their e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in e-commerce, a strong proficiency in Shopify, and the ability to communicate effectively with international clients. The position offers opportunities for professional development and a flexible remote work environment.

Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce with a focus on Shopify.
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency is required.
- Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Act as the main point of contact for Shopify clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business.
- Analyze store performance using Shopify Analytics.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts.
