Compensation: Fixed monthly payment
- Lead internal marketing projects including website redesigns, digital campaigns, and branded content
- Conduct detailed market analysis to uncover opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional alignment and creativity
- Prepare project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign reports to track ROI and performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives
- Native or fluent English (C1); Thai or Malay is a bonus
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in FX, FinTech, or similar industries — or agency experience with FX clients
- Strong grasp of financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory nuances
- Skilled in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
