Responsibilities

Spanish speaking Channel Sales Manager
Location: Remote in Spain
Salary: between €40,000 and €60,000 per annum (depending on experience) with a car allowance plus commission
Ref: 4273SS

Main duties: To be responsible for sourcing and managing channel partners to drive sales growth, build strong partner relationships, execute strategies and monitor partner performance.

  • Identify and enlist new channel partners presenting the company’s product
  • Lead onboarding processes ensuring new partners are set up
  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support
  • Be the main point of contact for partners ensuring good relationships are built
  • Develop and implement strategies in line with company goals
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal teams coordinating promotions, initiatives etc.
  • Track partner activities, set performance targets analysing for continued improvements
  • Ensure company polices are complied with
  • Provide channel partners with support as needed including sales resources and technical advice
  • Participate in trade shows as needed
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
  • B2B sales or channel development experience needed
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results driven, analytical and motivated
  • Able to work remotely and autonomously
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Able to travel within the designated region
