This is our Senior Data Analyst role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Analytics team to develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Analyze data to provide insights into business performance and utilize advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to drive predictive analytics and identify revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with Business teams to understand their requirements, independently formulate tasks, propose hypotheses, and develop foundational research projects, providing data-driven solutions for complex and strategic challenges.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with other Analytics teams on data warehousing and analytics infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Lead and manage projects of various sizes, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Present complex findings to senior leadership clearly and concisely, ensuring insights are understandable and recommendations are actionable.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business, market trends, and emerging analytical technologies.
• Lead the implementation of analytics solutions and ensure their successful adoption by business stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level analysts, fostering growth and upholding best practices.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer within the Analytics team.

About the Analytics Team

The Semrush Analytics team helps the company's employees analyze past events, interpret the present accurately, and predict the future—all through data.

The team handles statistics, calculations, scoring, predictive models, clustering, multi-channel attribution, anomaly detection, and other queries from Marketing and Development teams. They also analyze business metrics at the company level.

The team members are based in Europe and the US.
