This role involves providing technical support, advice, and post-sales assistance in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, sales, digital marketing, or a related role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver post-sales support via chat, email, and phone to Spanish and English-speaking advertisers.
  • Provide technical assistance, bug reporting, and product usage guidance.
  • Support clients with their advertising journey.

Skills

C2 in Spanish
Confidence in English (B2 level or higher)
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving skills
