You will assist with payment transactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer records. The ideal candidate speaks C2 Catalan and C1 English, has call center experience, and excels in communication and problem-solving. Overview

We are looking for a Payment Account Specialist for the Catalan market.

  • Start Date: March 27, 2025
  • Health Insurance from Day 1
  • 6-Month Renewable Contract

Responsibilities
  • Assist Catalan-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide expert support on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Onsite in Lisbon
  • Monday to Sunday – 24/7 Rotative Shifts (including night shifts).
  • 40 hours per week – 8-hour shifts – 2 rotative days off
Mandatory Requirements
  • C2 Catalan speaker + C1 English proficiency (language levels are mandatory).
  • EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit (Manifestation of Interest or Residence Permit Card required).
  • Customer support experience in a call center is a must.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
Salary & Benefits
  • Total Compensation: Approx. 1,098/month (paid in 12 months), including: Base Salary, Complexity Bonus, Meal Allowance, Transport Allowance
  • Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).
  • 1,000 Welcome Bonus (separate from the monthly salary).
Relocation Package
  • Accommodation in a private bedroom for 280 euros per month (discounted on the salary)
  • Flight reimbursement after 6 months
