The Analytics team plays a critical role in understanding customers and achieving our mission. We are a rapidly growing team that uses data to uncover actionable insight, empower stakeholders to make better decisions, and identify opportunities to improve products and user experience.

• Build a comprehensive understanding of our data architecture, sources, and downstream consumption patterns
• Implement dbt models to transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets for analytics consumption
• Partner with Engineering to optimize data collection and pipeline performance
• Support product analytics initiatives by creating dashboards and conducting ad hoc analysis

• Design and maintain data models using dbt, following software engineering best practices
• Establish data quality testing and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy and freshness
• Create documentation and data lineage to improve data discoverability and trust
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and optimize performance
• Contribute to product analytics by analyzing user behavior, feature adoption, and product performance metrics

• Contribute to the design and implementation of data governance framework and best practices
• Build solutions for data integration challenges across multiple systems and sources
• Support other team members in adopting analytics engineering practices and data modeling techniques
• Drive initiatives to improve data infrastructure and reduce time-to-insight across the organization

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related quantitative roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data transformation tools (dbt preferred)
• Programming skills in Python and familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, etc.)
• Understanding of data modeling principles, dimensional modeling, ELT/ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts
• Proficient in product analytics with strong data modeling and visualization skills focused on actionable product insights
• A passion for collaboration and strong cross-functional communication skills to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for using data to improve user experiences
• Intense curiosity and drive to understand the inner workings, take a deep dive into the data, and fix what’s broken to help us achieve our goals
