DESCRIPTION

Title: Sales Director, Iberia

Location: Remote

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri (40 hours)

Reports to: Vice President, sales (g5 & amazon)

As we continue to grow across Europe, we’re looking for an experienced, creative, and results-oriented Sales Director for the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal) to take the lead in building our presence across key retail and distribution channels.

As Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind our go-to-market strategy in the region. You'll lead sales planning, execution, and team development, ensuring our products are front and centre wherever fans shop—from major retailers to specialty stores and e-commerce platforms. This is a key leadership position responsible for developing regional strategies and driving revenue growth in alignment with our global objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Regional Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Iberia that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Retail & Distribution Management: Strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors, and licensors; expand our footprint across mass market, specialty, and e-commerce.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead the Iberia sales team.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets across the Iberian region.
  • Market Development: Identify new market opportunities, key partnerships, and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Forecasting, Budgeting & Reporting: Provide accurate regional sales forecasts for budgeting and strategic planning. Analyze market data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Planning, Product, Finance and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and market alignment.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the region.
  • Licensor Alignment: Coordinate with licensors on regional opportunities, and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Activation: Collaborate with marketing and licensing teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal retail initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends, fan communities, and retail innovations in Iberia to inform strategic decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Significant experience and proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership, ideally within licensed consumer goods industry.
  • Extensive experience managing teams and leading regional sales strategies in Iberia.
  • Excellent network and understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across the region and to our EMEA Head Office in London as needed.
