We’re looking for a Head of Growth to take full ownership of our growth engine. This role combines strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across paid acquisition, product‑led growth (PLG), SEO, and analytics.
This is a fully remote position. We’re hiring candidates within European time zones (GMT to GMT+3) to ensure smooth collaboration with our distributed team.
- Own the full growth roadmap: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and other platforms.
- Build and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic growth.
- Collaborate with Product on referral loops, onboarding, and in‑app growth levers.
- Define and track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, MRR expansion).
- Run A/B tests and data‑driven experiments to optimize performance.
- Build and lead a high‑performing growth team across paid, content, and ops.
- Growth or marketing leadership experience in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record scaling go‑to‑market efforts from mid‑market to enterprise.
- Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, PLG, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, Cometly, Hyros.
- Strong analytical mindset and hands‑on execution style.
- Excellent English communication skills.
