- Create architectural designs and layouts using Archicad, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverables
- Produce high-quality graphic designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, and marketing materials
- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in design documentation and deliverables
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proficient in Archicad software with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for Residential Projects
- Previous experience working for the US or European Markets
- Experience in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentations
- Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Portfolio showcasing previous architectural work in Archicad
- Open to work on Full-Time positions, as well as Part-Time or flexible Per Hour formats
