A luxury yacht company is seeking an energetic and polished Service Stewardess fluent in Japanese or Korean to join a busy 86m private/charter motor yacht. This role offers an opportunity to refine service skills under experienced mentorship while contributing to a dynamic crew. Ideal candidates will have yachting experience and a professional appearance. Monthly compensation starts at €3,000 with a 5:1 rotation. Starting in Málaga or the Caribbean.
We are seeking an energetic and polished Service Stewardess to join a very busy 86m private/charter motor yacht. This is an incredible opportunity for someone eager to refine their service skills under an experienced and supportive Chief Stew while working in a dynamic, active crew environment.
You’ll be joining a 10-strong interior team led by an experienced Chief Stew who provides mentorship and structured service training, an ideal setting to grow your service expertise while contributing to a high-profile, heavy-charter program. This is a guest-facing, career-building role where you can perfect your service skills, work closely with a professional team, and enjoy an energetic, supportive onboard culture.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and either Japanese or Korean, well-presented, guest-focused, and ready to step into a front-of-house role. Basic service experience is essential, but the Chief Stew is open to training a candidate who wants to perfect their craft.
Itinerary: Winter 2025/26: Caribbean
