A leading international technology group is looking for a Software Security Engineer to define cybersecurity strategies and incorporate security in software development. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in software development, and knowledge of C# and .NET. The position allows for fully remote work.

Your role in our team

• You define a cybersecurity strategy in software development.
• You are responsible for establishing processes for incorporating security during the development phases of products.
• Built-in security in software development also includes:
• Training software developers.
• Setting up cybersecurity controls.
• Checking and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity controls (e.g., through code reviews).
• Organizing and/or conducting penetration tests.
• Developing and implementing security policies and standards.
• Searching for vulnerabilities and risks in the customer\'s software and hardware environment.

Your profile

• You have a Bachelor of Science degree in a natural science or computer science subject or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in software development.
• You are also familiar with cyber security technologies and strategies.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of intralogistics.
• Good English skills are required for working in an international team.
• Knowledge of C# and .NET is essential.
• Ideally, you will have the following tech stack knowledge: Linux/Windows, use of DBMS e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or knowledge of Docker, Azure DevOps.
