The role involves conducting classes via Zoom, creating a customized curriculum based on student goals, and requires at least 2 years of teaching experience. LTC Language Solutions is seeking a virtual Catalan instructor for our clients in Barcelona, Spain.Since 1993, we have been providing one-on-one language and cultural training for relocating expat families. Each assignment is a contracted freelance position, so the details below will vary student to student:

• Language Class: Private Catalan tutoring for complete beginner married couple wanting individual lessons.
• Location: Virtual using Zoom.
• Schedule:
  • Student A: 1-hour class, twice a week, availability Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 pm, also Mondays-Fridays 1:00-2:00 pm
  • Student B: 1-hour class, 2 x a week, availability Monday-Thursday after 7pm. All times CEST.
• Start: As soon as possible
• Duration: 100hours for both to share.
• Requirements: Catalan speaker with 2+ years of teaching experience
• Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
• Curriculum: Based on student goals. Textbooks can be provided to teacher and student. Teacher expected to supplement with authentic materials and activities.
