  • Set the standard, you’ll become the sales referent for the entire company.
  • Represent Timbal in calls, demos, and events — turning conversations into long‑term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and execute a full end‑to‑end sales cycle, from outbound to close.
  • Design and refine our sales processes, playbooks, tools, and success metrics.
  • Work directly with leadership to define the GTM strategy and growth roadmap.
  • Manage your own pipeline, drive predictable revenue, and close enterprise‑level deals.
  • Set the foundation for scaling the team — including hiring, onboarding, and leading new sales reps.
  • Constantly optimize, learn, and iterate — because excellence is built, not assumed.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, ideally having built or structured sales processes before.
  • Strong understanding of sales tools, CRMs, and automation systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions fast, and lead with confidence.
  • Strong business sense — you understand the “why” behind every sale.
  • Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Bonus : experience in early‑stage startups or tech consulting.
