FundRock LIS S.A., part of Apex Group, is a successful third-party AIFM headquartered in Luxembourg, delivering fund solutions to renowned investment managers and fund initiators. We focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt asset classes. With over 100 professionals and more than 200 alternative investment funds on our platform, we are a leading third-party AIFM in the private funds space in Luxembourg. We are seeking a Client Service Administrator to support our Luxembourg department responsible for Client Service Management for our international client base.

Job responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Client Service Manager with daily activities of the funds under management;
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external processes;
• Monitoring deadlines according to fund calendars and internal procedures;
• Updating internal databases and liaising with internal teams and counterparties;
• Drafting Operating Memorandums and investor documents;
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with procedures;
• Supporting ad hoc requests and projects as needed.

Skills Required:

• Degree in Finance or Economics preferred;
• Interest in laws and regulations applicable to financial services;
• Strong analytical, communication, and commercial awareness;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
