B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) – Fully Remote | Sofia
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team. This is a full-time fully remote role, contracted in Sofia, within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support if needed.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline
Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
Native-level German (mandatory)
Fluent English
Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
What We Offer
Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia)
Gross monthly base salary: 4,300 BGN
Target bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly)
