B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Italian & English) – Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria)

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international, tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia, offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven, proactive mindset
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
  • Hybrid work model based in Sofia
  • Gross monthly salary: 3,300 BGN + bonus + benefits
  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2,000 BGN
  • Relocation support including:
    • Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
    • Assistance in finding long-term housing
    • Possibility of salary advance if needed
  • Affordable cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 40 m² available from around 200 EUR per month
