- 3+ years in customer-facing roles like Customer Success, Sales, or Technical Support.
- Experience in the AEC/O Industry.
- Proficient in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
Aufgaben
- Own all aspects of the customer relationship lifecycle.
- Meet or exceed assigned renewal, expansion, and cross-sell quotas.
- Proactively forecast pipeline for assigned accounts.
