Job description

We are hiring Representative Agents for an incoming agency based in Costa Blanca (Benidorm).

As a Representative Agent, you will be the main point of contact for our customers during their holidays, ensuring they enjoy an unforgettable experience in Costa Blanca

You will assist them with any queries, provide solutions, and help them make the most of their stay.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our excursions and additional services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hoteliers and service providers.
• Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have.
• Support airport assistance and transfers from the airport to the hotel.
• Report any changes or inconsistencies to our main office.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Tourism.
• Essential to reside in Benidorm or nearby areas
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Advanced level of French and English (both required).
• Proficiency in standard office applications
