About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead and scale our financial operations. This role will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, optimizing product and business model, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest levels.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and operations, ensuring transparency, efficiency and compliance as we scale. You will build and lead the finance team while working cross-functionally to support the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with company growth while enabling product and GTM teams to scale effectively.

Provide strategic financial insights to optimize pricing, customer segmentation, and revenue models.

Work with founders and leadership team on high-impact initiatives, including market expansion, new revenue streams, and scalable sales structures.

Drive business model innovation and cost optimization by deeply analyzing revenue drivers and operational efficiencies.

Cross-Functional Financial Strategy & Execution

Build and scale a high-performing finance team that supports rapid growth and drives financial efficiency.

Partner closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to optimize unit economics, pricing models, and monetization strategies.

Leverage financial insights to refine sales incentives, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance go-to-market effectiveness.

Foster a data-driven culture, using financial analytics to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Strategic Financial Partnerships

Establish and manage key relationships with banks, payment service providers, and financial institutions to support product innovation and scalability.

Integrate financial partnerships to enhance payment infrastructure, optimize transaction costs, and improve customer experience.

Leverage partnerships to unlock new financial capabilities, streamline operations, and enable best-in-class products.

Negotiate and structure agreements that align with business objectives, ensuring flexibility and cost efficiency.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging financial technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Revenue Operations

Build and optimize the Revenue Operations function to streamline sales processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making.

Design and implement systems to capture and analyze sales and usage data, providing real-time insights for the go-to-market team.

Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that enable leadership to track key revenue metrics, identify growth opportunities, and refine GTM strategies.

Ensure seamless integration between finance, sales, and marketing systems to drive efficiency and scalability.

Leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing, customer segmentation, and sales strategies, accelerating revenue growth.

Treasury & Cash Management

Optimize treasury functions, managing both fiat and crypto liquidity, capital deployment, and operational cash flow.

Accurately forecast burn rate, revenue, and cash flow while ensuring efficient fund allocation.

Establish and maintain critical payment and crypto infrastructure partnerships that underpin the success of our products.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Own financial statements, budgeting, and financial planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Establish, monitor, and refine core financial KPIs to provide real-time visibility into business performance.

Lead financial reporting, audits, and tax planning, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and global regulatory standards.

Oversee consolidation reporting, transfer pricing, and overall financial governance.

Ensure full compliance with global financial regulations, tax laws, and crypto industry standards.

Lead investor relations efforts, supporting capital-raising initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with investors.

Conduct strategic financial analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment to inform business decisions.

About You

8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience at high-growth technology startups. Exposure to investment banking or M&A is a plus but not required.

Strong foundation in fintech, and / or blockchain industries.

Experience building and leading finance teams , with a track record of optimizing financial operations in a scaling business.

Proficiency in financial modeling, strategic planning, P&L management , and unit economics.

Deep understanding of IFRS, GAAP, consolidation reporting, and transfer pricing .

Ability to manage both traditional finance operations and crypto-based financial structures .

Hands-on experience with RevOps, revenue forecasting, and cost analysis .

Highly technical mindset – while not required to be an engineer, you should be comfortable learning and understanding complex technical products, particularly in blockchain and Web3 .

Preference for candidates who excel at their craft , regardless of direct crypto experience. While blockchain expertise is a plus, a strong ability to learn and adapt is key.
