We are looking for a Projects Investment Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO).

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and financial skills to support strategic decision-making, portfolio governance, and process optimization.

Important: This is not a project management role. You will not be managing projects or coordinating project delivery teams. Instead, your focus will be on portfolio-level analysis, investment oversight, and reporting to support the company's strategic direction.

Full remote from Spain

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Head of PMO in strategy and OKRs development and portfolio governance.
  2. Own and manage the investment and budgeting process for projects.
  3. Develop dashboards and reports to track and analyze project investments.
  4. Align financial strategies between PMO Finance and other teams.
  5. Drive process automation and efficiency improvements across reporting and planning workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, or similar analytical role.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills.
  • Ability to transform data analysis into easy-to-understand visual reports and presentations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
