Formación

  • 5+ years in financial planning or CapEx management in manufacturing.

Our Home Care Finance team in Barcelona (Spain) is currently looking for a :

CAPEX AND INVESTMENT MANAGER

Lead business and financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and follow up of the Home Care Division strategic investment projects and CapEx across Home Care sites. This role ensures effective allocation of resources to support growth, capacity expansion and production efficiency aligning with company’s financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end capital expenditure process, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of the actual expenditure versus approved business opinion, forecasts and budget, including the presentations to senior management.
  • Prepare investment approval requests including business opinions, financial models, cost-benefit analyses and ROI models working together with Chief Technology Officer and Key Account Managers for growth related investments.
  • Collaborate with Chief Operating Officer and plant managers to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements as well as conducting the financial and business analysis for the required investments.
  • Conduct detailed post implementation reviews (PIR) for all major capital projects to evaluate actual performance vs targets. Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement in CapEx planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management tracking capital project performance vs budget and forecasts and strategic KPIs.
  • Establish a robust CapEx governance framework ensuring all investments meet financial and compliance standards.
  • Act as a central liaison with corporate finance and Homecare team for all CapEx and investment related matters.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting
  • 5 + years in financial planning, CapEx management or investment analysis in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong financial modeling in ROI, IRR, NPV and payback analysis
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel is a must) SAP is a plus.
  • High-developed analytical and organizational skills

  • Results-driven, capable of performing well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Able to communicate and work with people, a team player.
