Job summary
A leading company in the field is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to guide the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This full-time role requires a strong background in IT and ServiceNow with responsibilities including leading architectural designs, providing technical leadership, and ensuring high performance of the platform. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience and certifications related to ServiceNow and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years as a ServiceNow architect.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and technical roadmap for ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow solutions engineers.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
